By purchasing from Trashmama Wigs, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below.
Please read and decide carefully before committing to buy.
Strictly No Returns. No Exchanges. No Refunds.
The majority of our goods are handcrafted or produced in small batches as to not produce large
amounts of waste. Some products may be one-offs or have minor imperfections due to human error
that will not affect the overall look and wear.
All products produced by T.M.W are quality checked, packaged, and secured before it is shipped
to our customers. Any issues such as damage upon arrival are to be dealt with via shipping couriers (aka AUS POST). T.M.W is not liable for damages or faults after it has left our QA (quality assurance).
If the item is not up to your individual standards of quality it will be taken as a matter of opinion,
not fact. T.M.W quality is upheld to a high standard and is reciprocated by our lovely customers <3
We hold the right to refuse service to anyone and have a zero-tolerance policy towards any abuse.

All sales are final. There are no cancellations. Please decide carefully before purchasing.

Actual colours may vary slightly in photos and from screens due to different monitor screen settings
and devices. We do our best to ensure photos are closely matched to the actual product as much as possible.
Requesting to return an item because the colour does not match your expectations or outfit will not be accepted as it is a matter of opinion not imparing of the use of product.
For custom orders, I will do my utmost best to match the render given with their unique colour palettes, dyes and accessories when requested but I cannot guarantee an exact match, each batch may turn out differently.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR RETUNED TO TMW:
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery details at the time of order. If you need to update your details, please contact us ASAP email@example.com
If your order has already been dispatched, Trashmama Wigs is not liable for your loss. Parcels that have failed to deliver due to the customer not collecting within the allocated time frame, wrong address provided, failure to pay customs, etc... will be sent back to us by your local postal service. In this case, the cost of postage is non-refundable and the customer will be charged an additional shipping costs to have it redelivered.
